Brekkie that's Aussie for breakfast! :)
Ideas for a protein rich breakfast without having to eat eggs every morning.

Whether you have a sensitivity to eggs and cannot eat them, or you're just growing tired of relying on eggs every morning for your protein, (or like many, you’re feeling the pain in your pocket for the price of eggs), here are a few ideas you can try.
These are great to make ahead of time and have on hand to reheat and eat any morning.
When thinking about a protein breakfast food, we often get stuck on eggs, but try to think of other foods you enjoy, that can easily be a complete breakfast. For instance, turkey bacon - rather than it being a side to your eggs, make it the star- ie. bacon zucchini pinwheels, shown below,
as well as zucchini bake, stuffed mushrooms, loaded peppers, and zucchini fritters.
I suggest that you try to rotate foods, not only to avoid building up sensitivities to foods you eat too often, but also to avoid boredom and burnout on a food.
